Glossary

Terminology & Jargon

If you are new to the platform, here are some common terms we use:

Circle

A team or group of artists/creators selling together at a booth.

Convention

A physical event (like Comic Con) where circles set up booths to sell their goods.

Circle Contributors

Team members in your Circle. You can invite friends to help manage stock and sales.

POS (Point of Sale)

Our digital cash register system. You use it at your booth to record sales, and it works perfectly even without an internet connection.

Session

A specific sales period (e.g., 'Day 1 of Event'). You open a session when the doors open, and close it when you pack up.

Product Variant

Different versions of the same product, like 'Size S' vs 'Size M', or 'Holo' vs 'Normal' foil.

Dashboard

Your private control panel where you manage inventory, view reports, and configure your circle.

Estimated Cart

A public tool for collectors to build wishlists across different circles to budget their cash before arriving.

Step-by-Step

Actionable Guide for Creators

Follow this exact workflow to guarantee a smooth experience on event day.

1. Create Your Circle & Invite Contributors

First, register an account and head to the Dashboard. Create your 'Circle' profile. If you have friends helping you sell, navigate to 'Circle Settings' and invite them as Contributors so they can access the POS.

2. Build Your Catalogue (Products & Variants)

Go to the 'Products' tab and start adding your goods. Upload clear images, set base prices, and if you have different sizes or finishes, add them as 'Product Variants'. This catalogue is shared across all your events.

3. Register for a Convention & Allocate Stock

Under the 'Events' tab, find the Convention you are attending and join it. Then, allocate how much stock of each product you are bringing to this specific event. This keeps your inventory accurate.

4. Open a Session & Use the POS

On the morning of the event, click 'Open POS' and start a new Session. Throughout the day, tap products to add them to the cart and record sales. Don't worry about bad convention Wi-Fi—the POS works completely offline and will sync automatically when you reconnect.

5. Close Session & View Analytics

When the event ends, close your Session in the POS. Head back to the Dashboard to view your Revenue Reports. You'll instantly see exact breakdowns of what sold, how much you earned, and how revenue should be split.
